Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from DGKSkateBrand.com. If you’re not happy with your order, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original condition
  • With all tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Worn or used skate shoes
  • Used skateboard decks
  • Opened protective gear
  • Sale items marked “final sale”
  • Gift cards

How to Return

To start a return, follow these steps:

  1. Log into your account on our website
  2. Go to “Order History”
  3. Select the order you want to return
  4. Choose items for return and print label
  5. Package items securely
  6. Drop off at shipping location

Return Shipping

US Returns:

  • Free returns with prepaid label
  • Use the label provided in your account

International Returns:

  • Customer pays return shipping
  • Use trackable shipping method
  • Include all documentation

Refunds

Processing Time:

  • 5-7 business days after we receive return
  • Refund to original payment method
  • Email confirmation sent

What to Expect:

  • Original shipping costs non-refundable
  • International duties/taxes non-refundable
  • Sale items refunded at purchase price

Exchanges

We currently process returns rather than direct exchanges. For a different size or color:

  1. Return original item for refund
  2. Place new order for desired item

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide photos of the issue
  • We’ll send replacement immediately
  • We cover all shipping costs

Skateboard Decks

Special conditions for skateboard decks:

  • Must be unused and unscratched
  • Grip tape must be intact
  • No mounting holes drilled

Protective Gear

For safety reasons:

  • Must be in original packaging
  • All tags must be attached
  • Hygiene liners must be intact

Return Timeframe

Domestic Returns:

  • Allow 7-10 days for processing
  • 2-5 days for return shipping
  • 5-7 days for refund processing

International Returns:

  • Allow 2-3 weeks for processing
  • Additional time for customs
